Q. Why is ProMark Inspectionware™ available with both Full & Time Licenses?

A. It is our goal to make ProMark Inspectionware™ accessible to every inspector at all times in their career. We realize that early in their career, many inspectors are in their marketing stage and have limited funds to spare.

Q. Is Promark InContact™ also available with both Full & Time Licenses?

A. No. Promark InContact™ is the Contact Management subset of the complete ProMark Inspectionware. Due to its modest price there is no benefit to the customer to employ Time Licenses.

Q. Will any of my Time License purchases apply to my Full Time License?

A. Yes! Everyone who has rented for a period of two years or more will be able to receive a Full License at no extra charge. Just simply contact us by e-mail and we will verify your previous purchases and promptly send you out your Full License.

Q. Why is Promark Inspectionware™ downloadable as a Free Trial?

A. We have found that the best way for a customer to determine the suitability of any product that they wish to purchase is to be able to try out that product before they actually make their purchase. Therefore, a Free Trial of ProMark Inspectionware™ makes complete sense! We want you to be completely satisfied with Promark Inspectionware™ BEFORE you purchase your license. Since every customer is given a Free Trial, returns are considered on a case by case basis.

Q. I own a multi-inspector firm. How do I go about purchasing multiple Licenses?

A. It depends. If you are looking to purchase Full Licenses for all your computers in the field, you would need to purchase one Full Time License at the normal rate. Any additional Full Time Licenses you purchase will cost $99.00 each. As you can see there is no way to purchase this license directly from the website. Please e-mail your needs directly to sales@promarkinspectionware.com. Your account will be reviewed and a discount code will be sent to you via e-mail. At purchase, you simply add the discount code in the area provided, and you cost will be modified accordingly. When using Time Licenses, you simply have to order for each computer as usual. For those who only use additional inspectors/computers occasionally, this may be the preferred solution over a Full License for each computer.

Q. Is my license portable to another computer?

A. Unfortunately No. The Full Time license you purchase is code specific to one computer; it will not work on any other computer. Due to the security issues involved, license replacement or license transfer to another computer is $99.00, which is the same price that a Full Time license sells for if you have a multi-inspector office and wish multiple instances of Promark Inspectionware™. In some instances it might actually be beneficial to you to consider the purchase of a short term license instead of having to deal with the non-portability of the Full Time license. Every situation is unique, and either option may be the better choice in the short or long term. As mentioned in the previous section above, there is no way to purchase this license directly from the website.
