Q. Is Promark Inspectionware™ useable with a touch-screen tablet PC?

A. Absolutely! In fact, it was designed specifically for a tablet PC in order to save you time and increase your productivity. Of course, Promark Inspectionware™ can also be used with a standard PC with either mouse or touch pad controls.

Q. Why is Promark Inspectionware™ downloadable as a Free Trial?

A. We have found that the best way for a customer to determine the suitability of any product that they wish to purchase is to be able to try out that product before they actually make their purchase. Therefore, a Free Trial of ProMark Inspectionware™ makes complete sense! We want you to be completely satisfied with Promark Inspectionware™ BEFORE you purchase your license. Since every customer is given a Free Trial, returns are considered on a case by case basis.

Q. Why is ProMark Inspectionware available with both Full & Time Licenses?

A. It is our goal to make ProMark Inspectionware accessible to every inspector at all times in their career. We realize that early in their career, many inspectors are in their marketing stage and have limited funds to spare.

Q. Will any of my Time License purchases apply to my Full Time License?

A. Yes! Everyone who has rented for a period of two years or more will be able to receive a Full License at no extra charge.

Q. Is my license portable to another computer?

A. Unfortunately No. The Full Time license you purchase is code specific to one computer; it will not work on any other computer. Due to the security issues involved, license transfer to another computer is $99.00, which is the same price that a Full Time license sells for if you have a multi-inspector office and wish multiple instances of Promark Inspectionware. In some instances it might actually be beneficial to you to consider the purchase of a short term license instead of having to deal with the non-portability of the Full Time license. Every situation is unique, and either option may be the better choice in the short term.

Q. Is ProMark Inspectionware easy to learn & use?

A. Yes! We designed ProMark Inspectionware to be both intuitive & easy to use. We wanted our software to "make immediate sense" to anyone who uses it; most importantly to reduce the time spent learning a new software. We realize that your job as an Inspector is the business of doing inspections, not spending all your time learning how to use the tool that you purchased.

Q. Do I need to purchase ProMark InContact™ if I have already purchased Promark Inspectionware™?

A. Absolutely Not! Promark InContact ™ is already integrated into ProMark Inspectionware™ . ProMark InContact is designed for those Inspection professionals who are either required to use a certain piece of reporting software, or already have purchased another company's software & wish to have the contact manager functionality of Promak InContact™.

Q. How does Promark InContact™ integrate with ProMark Inspectionware™?

A. As mentioned above, ProMark InContact™ is an integral subset of ProMark Inspectionware™. Although it works pretty much the same as the stand alone version of ProMark InContact™, you have additional advantages when both pieces are working together. For example, when entering customer or agent details on the order form page of ProMarks' reporting software, currently saved agent or customer information can be brought into any report with just a few mouse clicks. The opposite is also true. Suppose you have a new client or agent added to the order form section of your inspection report. Perhaps you wish to send marketing materials, or just a thank you letter to this person later. On the order form page of your inspection report, all you have to do to save this person's details is to simply press the save... button just to the right of their details section. ProMark Inspectionware™ automatically saves this information in the Contact Manager section. Everything you have already typed is saved for your use at later time.

Q. Does ProMark Inspectionware speed up my report writing in other ways also?

A. Yes, in many ways. Report writing speed was one of the concepts in which Promark Inspectionware™ was based. There are a few ways in which this was done. First was in the design of a left to right & room by room method of reporting method. The second, comes from our exclusive FastEdit™ updating system. Although many software inspection report writers do allow for the use of prewritten "canned" comments to be added within an inspection report, Promark Inspectionware takes it to the next level. Not only can you add or modify your "canned comments" to be accessed by your inspection report, but you can also access & create new "canned comments" on the fly from right within the report as you are working! Fast, quick, and immediately useable; just as it should be. ProMark Inspectionware was designed to minimize the amount of labor that it takes to enter any given piece of information. From checkboxes to customizeable drop-down menus, to FastEdit™ superfast pre-written comments, there is no faster inspection reporting software available!

Q. Can I design Custom Agreements for my Customers?

A. Absolutely! Promark Inspectionware™ has a module specifically designed for the creation of your own custom agreements. Although Promark Inspectionware™ provides a generic agreement sample that your are free to use for your own ideas, we do recommend that you consult a lawyer who understands your local case law, and your insurance agent to assure the suitability of your agreement to your specific needs. Promark Inspectionware™ provides agreements and comments as samples only and accepts no legal responsibility regarding the suitability of the software or any agreement or comment within for any purpose whatsoever.
